Welcome to Bluff Heights Pilates.  We are located in the historical Bluff Heights district on 3rd St. and Obispo Ave. in Long Beach, California, three blocks from the beach. We offer private and semi-private Pilates equipment classes in a comfortable, private environment for all levels. We are excited to form a partnership with Immanuel Community Church next door, and offer mat classes in their space.
